Team

Who makes SiftServe.

The people building SiftServe and the people advising them. Everyone here is named, with what they built before. For what the product is and how it works, see About.

Founder

Builds the product, writes the blog.

Portrait of Rafi
Founder

Rafi

Rafi is an engineering leader turned founder with 17+ years architecting large-scale data and AI systems: machine learning, personalization, and data-platform engineering, and has run AI and data products end to end.

He builds SiftServe and writes every post on the blog, including the ones that describe its scoring methodology; the author of those posts built the thing they describe. Off the clock: electronics, single-board computers, and two children.

Advisors

The extended team.

Portrait of Kshitij Arora
Product and GTM Advisor

Kshitij Arora

Kshitij has built products across several domains for ten years. He works at two altitudes at once: the multi-year view (modernization programs, ecosystem positioning, regulatory readiness) and the day-to-day one (trade-off calls, performance metrics, operational observability).

He makes technical detail legible to executives and keeps customer needs at the center of every prioritization call. At SiftServe he advises on go-to-market strategy and the product roadmap.
